Return, Exchange and Refund Policy

Vstaarplus Lifestyle Private Limited (“COMPANY”) offers quality products via authorized fulfillment centers.

Applicability

This policy applies to consumers who purchase products from www.vstaarwellness.com.

Object

If products are unsatisfactory, not relevant for use, or incorrect, consumers can request returns or exchanges.

Term

Capitalized terms follow definitions in the Website Terms & Conditions.

Includes the Consumer Protection (Direct Selling) Rules, Contract Act, Sales of Goods Act, etc.

We value consumer satisfaction and are committed to addressing your feedback and concerns.

Validity Period

Returns, exchanges, or refunds are valid within 30 days from product delivery.

Important Conditions

  • Product must be unused and in original condition
  • Include original packaging, tags, invoice, accessories
  • Notify return within 10 days of receiving the product
  • Do not accept open box deliveries

Criteria for Rejection

  • Missing items/tags/accessories
  • Damage due to misuse
  • Installed/used products
  • Products with tampered serial numbers
  • Return request beyond 30-day window

How to Make a Return

  1. Email return@vstaarwellness.com within 30 days of delivery
  2. Include invoice and reason for return
  3. Wait for confirmation before sending product
  4. Ship to: Vstaarplus Lifestyle Pvt. Ltd, Chickmagaluru, Karnataka-577 101
  5. Consumer bears return shipping; company handles redelivery shipping
  6. Refunds processed within 7-10 business days after receipt

Our Obligations

Products are inspected after return. Refund or replacement is initiated if eligible.

Refund Terms

  • Direct online payments refunded to source account
  • Fulfillment center purchases refunded to verified account

Exchange Policy

Exchange requests are accepted if a product is faulty or defective.

Exchange at Delivery

Exchange After Delivery

  1. Email return@vstaarwellness.com with invoice and unboxing video
  2. Company ships replacement within 72 hours of approval

Refund Instead of Exchange

If preferred, consumers may request a refund instead of replacement. Email with request and return product.

Note

  • Refunds are issued to bank accounts only
  • Product must be returned within 30 days
  • Exchange provided within 10 days for damaged/incorrect items
  • Company may troubleshoot before offering replacement
  • Non-delivered items must be reported within 7 days of SMS/email confirmation
