Transit Times

Orders are dispatched within 3-4 business days after invoicing.

In Case of Delay

Consumers may cancel delayed orders and get a refund per the Cancellation Policy.

Non-Delivery

Consumers may return the product per the Return Policy if delivery is not possible on time.

Delivery Charges

  • Orders above ?3,500: Free shipping
  • Orders below ?3,500: Charges as applicable

Change Request for Shipping Address

Address changes allowed within 24 hours of order and before dispatch. Email: products@vstaarwellness.com

Other Requests

  • Multiple Address Orders: Place separate orders.
  • Incomplete Address: You will be contacted for correction within 24 hours.

Packing Method

Products are packed in a corrugated box and poly-wrapped for delivery.

Lost in Transit

If a shipment is lost, another attempt will be made after 15 days, or you may cancel the order.

Delivery Method

  • Via Courier: OTP verification or signature confirms delivery.
  • Via fulfillment center/customer: OTP from registered mobile confirms delivery.

3 delivery attempts are made. Factors causing delay include weather, strikes, lockdowns, etc.
